The TraumaFix Military field dressing has been tried and tested on the battlefield. It is a British military specification dressing, approved by NATO. Designed for use in cases of a major bleed trauma. The dressing is vacuum packed and then double wrapped to keep it sterile and safe from damage. There is a highly absorbant pad with 4.5 metres of bandage attached. This, plus the hook and loop secured fastening means a constant pressure can be applied quickly with ease. No fiddly pins or tape are required so it is also ideal for self application. Pack has full instructions on the outside and is small enough to keep in your pocket or as a useful addition to your first aid kit. Bandage is 10cm by 19cm. Weighs – 64 grams.
