The Luminous Cats Eyes Panel by Spectre Military Equipment is manufactured on laser cut MTP Cordura fabric with velcro backing. Using high grade luminescent material, the panel provides 18 hours glow after 30 mins charge in natural light and is proven to maintain formation on patrol. Robust and weatherproof this panel can be seen in poor conditions up to 10m making it easier to identify routes and locations. Designed to be attached to the rear of Virtus helmets and other headwear with velcro tape, daysacks, body armour or anywhere with velcro strips. Dimensions – 9.4cm by 2.5cm. Weighs – 3 grams.
