The SYNC 300 from Princeton Tec is a professional military headtorch with 5 light modes including a high intensity red LED light for tactical work. One clear advantage for military users is the fact that the Sync headtorch has a 'red light always first' design which means you can't accidentally give your position away or disrupt your night vision by switching to white light options. The options are accessed simply by turning the glove-friendly switch wheel positioned on the side of the light unit. Light modes include -
