For those who hate the taste of chemically treated water, Katadyn Micropur Forte MF 1T DCCNa Tablets work using tasteless silver ion technology combined with the disinfecting power of chlorine to give you safe, fresh tasting drinking water every time. The silver ions combine with the chlorine to kill bacteria and preserve your water long term (up to six months).The silver ions cling to the cell walls of bacteria which hinders their reproduction. Each tablet can be used in plastic or glass bottles to treat one litre of water. Effective two hours after initial treatment. Long shelf life of five years making them ideal for inclusion in survival kits and emergency packs. Suitable for clear fresh water only. Box size - 50 tablets (2 separate blister packs per box). Weighs - 18 grams.
