Condor, MOLLE modular ID panel designed for use by professional soldiers and police. Made with a flip down design that reveals ID when required. Designed with space for 4 cards and has a single lareg compartment with zip closure. The front of the panel had Velcro so you can attach ID badges etc. On the back are MOLLE straps which allow you to attach the panel to an assault vest, or body armour system.
