Originally designed as a jungle specific military boot with minimal water retention, the Altberg Jungle Microlite boot has proved itself to be an extremely popular multi-purpose lightweight assault boot suitable for a wide range of environments including hot humid climates, desert, UK summer, tabbing and running. Features include twin drain holes under the instep, a tri-flex midsole, a shock-absorbing MoD Defender Hi-Traction sole unit, and part Cambrelle comfort lining. The uppers are made from 2.4mm full grain Anfibio leather with 1000 denier fabric panels. Popular with British Army personnel for its good, firm underfoot support on rough terrain or uneven ground.
